Oath pizzas cook in less than 90 seconds. And there’s not a microwave in sight. It’s part art, part science, part holy sh*t how did you do that. It’s also part of our secret sauce. If it were sauce. But it’s not. It’s magic.
Our pizzas come in whole and half. You can down a whole pie. You can share it too (if you’re feeling generous). Half a pie is the perfect little just-right serving. Either way, it’s made fresh while you wait. Which is never very long since it cooks in less time than a commercial break during a football game.

Our sauce is made from vine-ripened tomatoes from the Cortopassi Family Farm in California. To help keep the pizza crisp, we separate the sauce from the crust by putting it on top of a layer of 100% all-natural mozzarella. The cheese acts as a barrier for the crunchy crust and a foundation for the amazing toppings. It’s not traditional. But that’s the point.
